At Kent Of Inglewood, we stand behind our curated selection of grooming tools and apothecary goods, offering a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used razors, brushes, or opened grooming products.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Email our grooming experts with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack your items securely to prevent damage during transit, including your original receipt and Authorization number inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package to our Calgary headquarters; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
